Hello, i have the same issue but other software. #WinCCAdvance #WinCCUnifiedPC #TIAPortalV17 (Translation whit IA generation) Good morning/afternoon. I have the same problem, but with different software. It all started when I tried to open a program in Tia Portal V17. The first thing it showed me was that I was missing WINCC ADVANCE/Unified V17, as seen in the attached image. Since this is a work computer, all installed software must be authorized by the IT department, so for each installation, I have to personally bother the IT staff. Captura de pantalla 2024-12-05 121504.jpg After several attempts, I downloaded various versions of WINCC V17, but TIA Portal does not specify which software I specifically need, and SIEMENS offers many versions of exactly the same software. I installed software like "WINCCProfSafety" and "WinCCUnifiedRT," but all these installations still prompted the "Backup" to request the installation of "WINCC ADVANCE/UNIFIED." When I finally managed to install "TIAPortalSTEP7ProfSafetyWINCCAdvUnifiedV17.iso," I got a window indicating that the WINCC version does not match STEP7 V17. I have already downloaded and installed SIMATICWinCCUnifiedPCV17Upd6.iso, but the error persists. I do not want to uninstall everything and reinstall it due to the hassle of dealing with the IT department. I have noticed that SIEMENS has a portal to analyze the installed software and compatibility between them, but it is not clear what it requires, what it offers, and what needs to be installed.
