WinCC V7.5 SP2 Update9:

I have some trend displayed with WebUX. The defined timeline interval creates the trends with all the values.

If I make a zoom with the toolbar button, lot of values are not used to create the trends.

For example if I have a 1h time interval, all the values are correctly used to draw the trend.

If I make a zoom (with zoom button) into a 5 min interval, only few values are used to draw the trend and the trend is not accurate. I remember that this was not happening in the early version of WinCC

If I select a new time interval, manually by the "configuration button", I get the trend with all the values sampled.

Is there anyway to fix this issue?

In runtime works fine.

I did not purchase the package for service request.

Why should I pay to ask to fix a defective product, after spending lot of money in licenses?

This way to work will probably end to force me to replace the Scada.

Opening a Service Request at Siemens Support is for free, you do not need tp pay anything if you only use basic Support.
