MP277 communication problem

ahmedmae94 Posts: 103 Rating: (11)	Dear all, i have common problem with MP277 10" TOUCH, I need urgent solution, I'm trying to use Prosave V7.4.4.0 to make (device status) then (osupdate), but I failed to make Device status , the software showed me message (CONNECTION ESTABISHED FAILED , CHECK YOUR CABLE , PROTOCOLS....) I used ETHERNET CABLE and local area connection showed that there is sending data but there is no receiving Data , I have adjusted all parameter related to IP address in both PC(PROSAVE,WINCC FLEXIBLE) and MP277 (control panel>>transfer) so this trial failed I used USB to USB cable and adjusted all required parameter in both PC and MP277 but also this trial failed finally I tried with USB MPI Adapter but i had the same result I haven't SERIAL TO PPI MULTIMASTER CABLE I did everything , but I couldn't know where is the problem??? have I to use SD memory card with the panel??? thanks in advance

ahmedmae94 Posts: 103 Rating: (11)	Dear, Wizard many thanks I execute your recommendation and I write Ping (IP of MP277) but the result is time out without any communication come true, the cable I have used is crossover cable ,I replace it with old cable in my office, it works very good. the configuration of true cable is 1>>>4 2>>>5 3>>>7 4>>>1 5>>>2 6>>>8 7>>>3 8>>>6 thanks
