IF NO PLEASE I NEED THE STEPS TO EDIT OR MONITOR , ANY S5 PROGRAM OFFLINE. THANKS Splitted from i need the configuration for communication cable between pc and the simatic s5 plc.

If you do not have the files, you can create a new project, and download all block to your PG from the CPU (disadvantage is that you loose all comments, all symbols, ...) You can edit online. Monitoring is always online.
