I got this problem when i compile charts (attached pic). I wonder how to resolve it. This never happy before. And i have just do a minor change in logic only.

Split from CFC compilation error.

What if you retrieve the original program and do a compilation again without your minor changes? 

Is your current station installation the same with the actual engineering work station?

Lucky that when i retrieve from a latest one that i Archive before modified, it can compile without errors, but i was spend most of time to do it. I still don't understand why, and if there are any problem then help info should include, right?

May I have a detail step on what minor changes you have done? Obviously, the error should be due to some mistakes in between. 

I think it relate to block type, function blocks, blocks copy from one project to another projects, missing blocks and stuff like this.

Of course you can. I have just update some calculation step only.

All data in same data type and there are no any errors when i apply step by step. But when i try to compile that internal error display. i can't use it any more, it can't create blocks related.

I faced a similar issue before. After upgraded the CFC version , it is resolved. 

Check your PCS 7 Update here. Look for CFC Version Update.

Make sure your CFC version in your project is the latest one.

​CFC compile is abborted with following error message "Internal Error Unexpected result of a STEP7 Function 0x8000_000E [cmnerr] It is not enough hard disk memory available", when the offline block container is to "full". (Object properties of the block container -> determine filling level).
This leads to a negative return value from the corresponding STEP 7 save function during the saving of the created blocks at CFC compile. CFC cannot recognize more details out of it and brings therefore this suspected cause as a message. The cause is not the hard disk memory, but the size of the data to be handeled.

With reorganization of the affected project the error should disappear.
