Then download the V14 SP1. Then you can open it and upgrade it with V15. 

 ok Ixo that is working, now I have timer but I do not know how to connect it with HMI. I don't knw what "element" should I use to have possibility to put via hmi for example hour

Split from start Q 0.0 at particular time .

finally I found how to do it, I have added data block with time parameters in uinst data format and connect it with time block
