ack alarm is not write in PLC

NSO Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I have WinCC V7.0 with redundant server and 2 S7-300 PLC Sometimes when i ack an alarm from alarm view of winCC application, WinCC don't set the ack bit in PLC. It result i have a PLC waiting for ack and a winCC applicationwho believe alarm is ack... so impossible to ack alarm without connect to PLC or shutdown and restart computers... Any ideaabout this ? Thx

NSO Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, sorry for delayed respond, was in hollydays There is nothing special in diagnose files, nothing about alarms.. just few script error in automatique text change, Diagnose files join in attachment. (PLC Disconnexion in diag files where for modification on PLC) I'm the only one to have this problem ? Thx Attachment Diag FLS1.zip (91 Downloads)
