TIA Portal defaults I&M values to be blank, and also, defaults to not updating I&M values in PN hardware.  That may be the reason(s).

Dear,

I am a student working on a project for a company using Siemens Asset Management (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109748894).

The link contains the sample project and datasheet. Currently, I have a device connected via Profinet, and everything seems to be working correctly. However, for some reason, the data is not being transmitted or displayed in my Asset Management Records. I cannot figure out why the data is not being sent.

I suspect it might have something to do with the hardware identifier, but I'm not sure.

Could someone help me with this?

In the network following the CALL, add logic to detect when the ERROR output goes from OFF to ON (leading edge), save the STATUS output to a different tag so you can see the first status value that happens.

That _may_ help.  If not, contact the block author (probably Siemens Support => Support Request => Create New Request) and ask for the details on the first STATUS value that appears.

Thank you, I see my value now in my io-device, but my controller won't read them. It shows an error, but the documentation doesn't explain what the error is or why it occurs.

do you maybe know why ?
