So that changes are update on all clients, without the user manually refreshing the browser.

Of course, you can reload the screen using JavaScript. The challenge would be triggering the script at the right moment. Cycling through it would be problematic because it would terminate any scripts triggered by user action beforehand. Kind regards Stefan
