For server projects I think that SIMATIC .NET Configuration Console should be started first, that's why WinCC is first waiting for SIMATIC .NET to be started before starting the project.

On clients, WinCC can start immediatly.

I think that the problem is in the Windows OS. WinCC OS project on Windows 7 starts after Station Magager loading. But in Windows 10, WinCC project startr after 2 minutes after Station Manager loading.

The problem has not been solver yet :(

How do you exactly start the WInCC RT Start?

you should try using the Simatic NEt Autostart Dialog in the Communication Settings in Control Panel of Windows. Then the Autostart yhould run after Simatic NEt is loaded.

This is another method of doing autostart. You can use window Batch file and configure them in task scheduler.
