Dear sir, we are using basic positioner application. We are select the hardware CU320-2PN, PM240-2 power madule, CUA32 and 1PH8 motor. We have configure the drive with motor and select basic positioner with motor encoder. after that we have run the motor in jog mode with basic positioner. it is running ok. but in MDI mode, we are run the MDI block . motor (Axis)moves from maximum limit(2147482647) to 0 LU. but we are set the position setpoint 800000 LU and velocity 30000 then motor (Axis) move from 800000 LU to 0 LU. Hi Binit, maybe you should have a look at the following application example: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/67261457 and how the FB283 works it looks like you made a mix between telegram communication and static BICO inputs and this is leading to your positioning issue. greeting Dominik |
