niazi Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	hi everybody i am facing a problem which i couldnot solve it myself i will appriciate if you can help me. when i am starting my crane ON immediatly after starting AFE unit gives f004 (undervoltage) and inverter unit gives f008 and every thing goes off.if i power on again readings on pmu is normal and drives are waiting to be crane on then the same thing happens. my line voltage is ok and phase sequence too.i dont have this problem in other cabinet units which getting supply in common.when i am connecting on line it says some code words are missing in red color. for e.g p971 and so many.thanks alot bye

Thats the JEY parameter for access of parameters fromdifferent groups Now regarding your problem, try running Drive without motor. It sounds like the drive is faulting on undervoltage because the AFE is not supplying any voltage. Have you checked the line voltage at the point that the cables connect to the AFE? (In case fuses/contactors are open/damaged) Unless something has changed, P071 should be the line voltage supply. To access the AFE from Drivemonitor, check P051 = 2 and P052 = 0, and P053 = (various methods for parameters access, i.e. from the PMU keypad, or via serial, or via Profibus - you will have to read the manual) Try disconnecting the DC link from the AFE so there is no load on the DC bus at all. If you have 415VAC (for example) at the input to the AFE and if when the AFE is switched on you still get an F004, then it is likely that the thyristors/transistors in the power stage are damaged. You should be able to perform a diode check on the AFE (obviously with power off and discharged) Check diodes from: L1 to DC+ L2 to DC+ L3 to DC+ DC- to L1 DC- to L2 DC- to L3 Onepolarity should be a diode, the other polarity will be your meter slowly charging the DC link capacitors (i.e. a slowly climbing resistance) These are some basic checks, but hopefully it may help a little.
