You mean convert a STL into LAD?

This doesn't always work. Check it when you program a timer in LAD and convert to STL.

Normally you won't insert all tht "NOP 0" when you use STL.

Attache is the code you wanted. I left the STL instructions as comment so you can take them as reference and try to understand the conversion. I'd strongly suggest you to understand STL because is more powerful than LAD and FBD, thus is used alot.
