I want to connect Siprotec 5 Relays to Sicam SCC. 

I have just Runtime and Config licence for SCC.

Is it possible communicate with Siprotecs by using IEC Communication Suite (IEC 61850 Data Server) in Tag Management ? 

If so ;

Siprotec Relays are configurated ,they are ok.

What Should I do in DIGSI 5, How to export IEC61850 tags in DIGSI 5 for SCC.
