Connection Optical Fiber

I have to connect an HMI to an XC206-2 scalance [# 1] via ethernert to port P1 and up to here everything is ok. The complication comes when I have to connect two scalance XC206-2 [# 1] and [# 2] with optical fiber and communicate with HMI. When I try to connect the ports P7 and P8 of the deu scalance mimi this warning appears: The partner port interface does not support MRP or is not a ring node. I am attaching a couple of photographs to make the situation clearer. I can't find where I'm wrong. Thanks to anyone who can help me. Attachment picture_2.jpg (362 Downloads)

It seems that you are creating a ring in your structure between the 2 Scalance and the program tells you that this is not possible. Why do you need to connect the two interfaces of the two Scalance?
