Hi What is the question? Do you want this or want avoid this. The setting for this you find in the properties of the Message class in the register "Acknowledgment". When if click at the option and press F1 you get a discription of the option (WinCC 7.0). regards cumulus |

Hi It is possible if you activate "Acknowlegement came in" and "Acknowledgement went out". In the short-term archive list you find 3 messages for a shor impulse of the tag. (came, went out, acknowledge). In the Message list it sould not possible. Please check if the mesage numbers are the same. If not, you have double messages, if yes i need more Infomations. A screenshot of the alarmlogging where i can see the configuration of the alarm, a screenshot of the messafe class properties and a screenshot of theporblem in runtime. Wthiout your configuration it is very difficult to give you advices, Sorry regards cumulus |

Hi ionut.b , not sure to understand
Alarms are coming on event ONLY.. How did you check the event never changed? It's internal tag or from PLC? Did you tryed to SET=FALSE the event ALWAYS and see what happens? If coming from plc; connection works fine? Regards |
