Hi I have following issue. I have tried to load the program to the CPU S7-1200 1212 for the first time and my computer freezed so I had to restart it. Now I get Error 0132:000002 (The selected online target could not be reached) every time I want to load the program and I dont know if it is because of the wrong Tia Portal configuration or if there is something wrong with the CPU.

Also when I try to "Go Online" I get the "Error at lower-level component" and "CPU not reachable".

I have tried so far:

1) Add the specific CPU model from list   /   add unspecified CPU + detect the cpu online

2) Assign the IP adress for CPU in Online&Diagnostics - but it didnt assigned different IP addres from the original one (192.168.0.1)

       - is it ok that my source (plc in Tia Portal) and target (physical one) IP adress is the same - 192.168.0.1 ?

3) I wanted to reset the CPU to the factory state but I am not able to do that - the button for factory reset is "grey" (not accessable)

I have connected the CPU to my laptop via ethernet-USB3.0 adapter do you think this could cause the problem?

Could you please give me some advice, thank you very much.

Edit: Now I get the same error 0132:000002 even when I try to detect the unspecified CPU...and this: "Fail to establish the connection, connection partner is not responding."

Edit2: HMI Online status is OK, so it is only CPU problem, but it seems to me that I have the configuration same for the both devices...

I changed ip adress configuration and managed to load the program into cpu. Program is working.

One last issue - when I start the cpu I am still getting the lower-level component error. Could you please give me some advice on that, thank you.

Edit: I did MRES and reset to factory setting with no result. I tried to delete PN connection in topology view - also didnt help.

I had the same problem with a HMI KTP 700 Basic.

It was solved after a Firmware update (OS Update) (from 13.0.1 to 15.0.0) via SIMATIC ProSave.

I solved it by turning off my computer's Wi-Fi, after that I had no problems with the connection.
