1. the change over takes place at all positions properly at 70% load Even the load is not balanced At this point the Drive is performing the Speed correction to it’s Extend
2. the Hinge Body (passenger vehicle) is vibrating Sometime when coming down only because of the load nothing to do with the Drive performance

1. Tuning of the drives for Dc Motors is optimum. Further tuning will affect the Mechanical system, So vibration of the Cabin is not control by the drive
2. Shaft of the Cabin is not vibrating when cabin is vibrating. Shaft vibration can control by the drive not the cabin
3. Ride is running smoothly with 1400kg in morning and evening when other rides are off. Tripping of the driveis due to input voltage variation to the drive
4. Please check the line choke of the drive

1. Can run the ride with 70 - 80% of full load and 90- 95% of full speed. This is the safe working of the ride now.
2. Test ride be done on Monday by replacing the Line choke with the line choke of Maveric.
