G120 F30022 on external 24v to control unit

I am using Control unit CU240e-2Dp.The problem was when I am giving 24V External supply to Terminal 31 and 32 first and then if I switch on the input power to power mode the control unit was not getting booted its showing Fault F30022. If I removed the external 24v from control unit and then if I switched on input power to power mode the control unit going to ready mode its not showing any fault. why this is happening and how to rectify this problem I don’t know. Please give some valuable suggestion…
