I am developing the automation una machine with 100 points automation, 3 analog input (4 ~ 20mA), 5Analog Output (4 ~ 20mA), 57 Digital Input (24VDC, 12 points for encoder), 35 Digital Output ( 24VDC, 4 points for the encoder), have PID control temperature, frequency inverter control with encoder read, drive pneumatic solenoid valves ... I'm thinking of using a CPU 317F-2 PN / DP with the following settings:

- This configuration will work for this applicationn?

- I know I need other equipment for the complete operation of the solution and what are these code for this configuration (such as PS)?

- There is a cheaper solution?

- What cables and connectors should I use?

- What HMI Touch indicates to me the process (of at least 7 ")?

hi Dan,

1. Nobody of us can know this. We don´t know your application at all and in detail.

2. When you need a PS, you have to count all the currents of the appliance. 

3. maybe, but I don´t know the site.

4. you should know, this depends on the environmetal conditions and the construction.

5. that depends on what you want to illustrate and your application. Mostly the costumer says what he wants.

summary:

this task can´t be done in a forum. We can´t give you a full solution in planning a Hardware Configuration. It is not possible for us to know everything that needs to pay attention.
