DearEngkourosh Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have installed PH-Ready on the WinCC system. The PH-Ready service is also running. Moreover, when searching in the Process Historian Editor within WinCC, I can now see the server name. However, after starting the WinCC project, no source is displayed in the Process Historian Management. I am also attaching some screenshots for your reference. |

Dear Techno_Taru, Thank you for your kind response. I have read the manual and configured my system accordingly. I also changed the user group settings as instructed. I have successfully pinged both the PH and WINCC systems using their names and IP addresses — both are responding correctly. I have also tried reinstalling the PH server, WINCC, and even Windows itself, but the issue remains the same. Could you please guide me further on how to resolve this problem? |

It sounds like you've already taken several important steps to troubleshoot the issue. Here are a few additional suggestions that might help resolve the problem with the Message Queuing in WINCC:
If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be helpful to consult the Siemens support by creating the service request using below link |
