HMI time keeps reverting to Sample Time

As soon as Runtime launches the set time reverts to the sample time and date in the regional settings of the HMI. I have tried all sorts regarding the time synchronisation and checked the settings of the controllers on the network, but no luck...😢...any advice would be appreciated thanks.

(Go to HMI -> right mouse click -> Change device) And use Time synchronization, Time synchronization between WinCC and a SIMATIC PLC Best regards, Wizard

If this does not work also after Updateing the Firmware or Reset to factory settings then also there could be a HW defect... But try first all software possibilities before sending it to repair Bye Murof
