Hello Mohamed; Which version of WinCC are you showing in the screenshot you have posted? Here is a communication manual for WinCC v7.3, it illustrates well enough the steps you must go through to establich a TCP/IP link to a PLC S7-300 (with a CP 343-1) to a WinCC installation. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/102691766 If you are using a different version of WinCC v7.x, each version has its own communication manual, you can search for it using the search box at the right of this page. But the procedure is quite similar in all WinCC v7.x versions. If you are working with TIA Portal, please indicate the exact version so we can help you find documentation. The goal is to establish tags that will exchange data with the PLC registers, over the TCP/IP channel you develop. To realize that, you first start with the TAG Management editor in WinCC explorer. You select a communication driver, for a S7-300 that would be the S7 Protocol Suite; then a Channel Unit, TCP/IP in your case. There you configure the driver for the hardware in the WinCC PC (communication processor) and create the tags for data exchange with the PLC. This is all well explained in section 12.5.3.8 of the manual, "TCP/IP" channel unit. Follow the steps shown to make the connection possible. hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
