I am using the WinCC system graphics.
For example, I would like to flip the images horizontally, but Tia Portal does not allow this on the graphic object.
In the path "C: \ Program Files \ Siemens \ Automation \ Portal V15_1 \ lib \ Graphics" I found the archive with the images.
Unfortunately I have tried in various ways, but by transforming the .emf file into .png,
I have a loss of resolution (the imported image has the least distinct edges).
How is it possible to flip those images into .emf format? Is there any tool?

Unfortunately, even looking on Google I can't find an editor that can give me a good result. Is it possible that no one has ever performed this operation on siemens default images?

Newer panels allows vector diagrams.
Have you considered using a vector format?
I believe SVG is accepted.  This should be the first prize.

If you want to use the PNG then notice where is the edge of the vector diagram before converting. Even a x4 size than what you need can help at times. But if your PNG is smaller than what you need, then you will have problems.

My words are hot air if we do not have a common example to work from. Share a sample original EMF image (ZIP) and describe what the transformation + dimensions should be.

Adobe's tools will give the best results.. those are good at intelligently making the conversion from vector diagram to bitmap.

 In the .gif the image always returns in the same way. The motor is always on the left.

I am attaching an image taken from the Siemens "Graphics_All" archive.

I would like to do a horizontal flip (as shown in the images uploaded in the previous posts). If you want it would be enough to find an .emf editor to modify the image and do not change the format.

MS Visio seems to be the best option.

I can get sharp results with Draw and Inkscape but it is not perfect. 

I made the horizontal flip using Visio Professional 2016. Keeping the .EMF format the result is very bad (the file size is much smaller than the original). By saving the file in .WMF format, the image has a different pixel size but is clear, even after resizing.
