DEAR TECH-TEAM I CHECKED THE P949 PARAMETER AND I CAN NOT MODIFY OR watch, WHY? IT SAY THAT PARAMETER IS DESACTIVATE,... CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO FOR SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, I SEND YOU FILE ATTCH IN PDF WHERE YOU CAN FIND THE WAY I COMUNICATE WITH THE CUVC. THERE IS OTHER WAY TO RESET THE CUVC AND THAT´S WAY FINALLY LOAD THE PROGRAM. DEAR TECH TEAM WHAT ELSE I NEED TO DO TO UNLOCK THE CUVC AND FINALLY LOAD THE PROGRAM AND TEST THE CARD AND MY DRIVE. Dear Vithani and experts five months ago you helped me with a problem, i need your experience again, in one topic posted in the forum by me. the problem is that i have two CUVC card but they have a fault F061 and, the t"teach team" told that i have to see the parameter r949 and there i can see what is the incorrect parameter, but when i connect online with the "drive monitor" i can't see any parameter, all them are deactivated therefore i can´t see any change or nothing. and i tried to reset all the parmeter but i dont have accest to the parameter P358 , neither i can´t to change the parameter in P60, the CUVC stay in P60 "0". how i can reset the CUVC to load my program and test it. I hope can you help me ,i´m going to load one file with some windows that appear in the DRIVE MONITOR and you can see the problem. regards. AttachmentCOMUNICATE FAULT.pdf (482 Downloads) |

Hi, if you can't change from P060 = 0, then your parameters are locked by the manufacturer of your machine. You need to enter the special code into P358, only the manufacturer or "someone" knows this. Follow a similar thread here:Cannot Reset CUVC Regards, Graeme

Dear arthr First, very sorry for late reply. I agree withGraeme that you might have locked parameters As far as error while trying to connect online, either you should upgrade your drive monitor to latest version or another option i was using in past is - to create offline file, then press online button. You will get version mismatch error but will be able to see parameters Regards, Devesh Vithani |
