Hi friend, I have KTP1000 PN basic and mac id - 00-1B-1B-6E-2C-8E I trayed to update the OS by using Pro save but, it shows " Could not establish the connection. without the 'Booting' setting, the HMI device has to be in transfer mode. how can i set the HMI in transfer mode because HMI is stuck in Boot screen Please help..... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi, If this is a 2nd Generation Basic Panel, then maybe it's best to try resetting the HMI via USB Recovery: USB Recovery (Reset to factory) Mode for 2nd Generation Basic Panels This will take your panel out of the Boot screen, but keep in mind that it will delete the downloaded project as well. You must have the original project to then re-transfer the program.

Hello if you have a Basic Panel 1st Generation you can use only the Reset to factory settings with Prosave and MAC address: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/19701610 It should also work if the Panel do not run up to OS Bye Murof |
