Hi there. I've tried everything suggested here. My KTP700Basic was working fine then I had the machine off for a couple months. After power up it stuck on boot screen, says Siemens boot loader: v02.06 2015.09.30 Mac:e0:dc:a0:0e:67:f6 ive tried pro save v14.0.1.0 and can't connect to it. The yellow Ethernet activity led flashing, but can't find device. Pro save doesn't give the option to enter MAC address. I've tried to download the usb recovery file from Siemens, but I am not allowed. I've registered with Siemens and able to log in, but my download request is "manually reviewed" I had no answer for months. How do I get this screen to work again?
