Hello, I´m using OP 277 6" 6AV6 643 0BA01 1AX0 and frequently having problems with keyboard not responding, sometimes one key, othertimes all keys. No external issues, like overheating, humidity, etc.... Does someone had the same problem? Hello LuizKazuo generally you will find information to reset to factory settings in this FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/19701610 But all Project data on the panel will be deleted and you have to transfer the project afterwards from the engineering station again to the panel. bye Murof |

Hello Murof, I have a backup on a MMC card, I used it when I replaced the OP277 with a new one some time ago, so I think it´s secure to reset to factory, isn´t it? The issue with keyboard remains, sometimes works for weeks without problems, sometimes stop working Is there any problem with the project of OP277? Even the new OP277 presented keyboard failure after one year. No fisical damages occured in the membrane regards, Luiz
