Outdoor compensation exaust fan

I want to create a program where an exhaust fan is controlled by a pressure sensor with a range of 0–500 Pa, but is regulated linearly between 30 Pa and 70 Pa depending on the outdoor temperature (between 15°C and -5°C) Can some one point me to the right direction, later I want to connect a moisture sensor to evacuate moisture from the garage. Hardware: Outdoor sendor: PT1000 Pressursensor: 0-10v (0-500pa) Fan EC - 0-10V Siemens LOGO! 8 AM2 RTD - 6ED1055-1MD00-0BA2 Siemens LOGO! 24 CE - 6ED1052-1CC08-0BA2 Siemens LOGO! 8 AM 2 AQ - 6ED1055-1MM00-0BA2 /Johan

That's why I asked, because your description could be misunderstood. I had it written so: "between 30 Pa and 70 Pa depending on the outdoor temperature (between -5°C and 15°C)".
