Why we are using PC-Access for communication between Wincc and S7-200 ? 3. Is their any other ways to communicate S7-200 with Wincc ? 4. How can we communicate S7-300 with Wincc through S7-Protocol-Suite ?

It's used to communicate through PPI with S7-200. There are other ways, see What are the options for accessing an S7-200 with WinCC? The S7- 300 can communicate through ethernet, mpi profibus, etc direct (only cp needed in pcin case of mpi/profibus) via S7 communication. Regards, Marcjan

The S7 Protocol suite communication channel for WinCC is described in the following manual in chapter 10(see also the attachment): MDM - WinCC: Communication Section 10.5 shows how to setup a channel, select a protocol and create tags based on the channel communication to connect WinCC and the PLC.
