I'm running PCS7 v8.2 from the factory. I found an issue where the ET200M module digital Input signal does not recognize when the panel power is off and the module is turned back on, the digital input signal is detected as a false bad=1 signal on the DI input channel in PCS7 SFC chart.

but after downloading the hardware once again, the problem is getting resolved until the next time the IM module is turned off.

Please help any suggestion would be great, why the bad signal don't change to 0 automatically.

I know this "system behaviour" only, when for example you turn off a DP slave, then power off the PLC or set into stop mode, reconnect the slave, then restart the PLC.

As all of the diagnosis are event driven in the OBs, there are cases where the "going" event may be missed, and then you can't go out of this state.

I have a workaroung for this, but I don't know if you can automate this in the program, or it helps in your case. When the problem is active, follow the green lines at "Mode" and others to the @-CFC plan. Go into online-mode, and set parameter ACC_MODE to 1. The reset to 0 will be done in the driver block internally.
