in some topics Christoph sugested some steps, try right up search box with PG interface or other text close to your requirements. Hope you'll find your solution. Look to your win device manager again, see some problematic yellow marks. Maybe your instalation was not good.

I totally agree with Duris_I, mister ChristophD know how to solve this kind of issues and he has posted many times the procedures, they worked for me.
