PH 2020 "inactive" status

AngusPiper Advanced Member Joined: 11/14/2014 Last visit: 8/12/2025 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I install PH2020 in IPC847E.After the installation is completed, the status of PH is "inactive" and cannot be started normally.Always "inactive" status.When i select "start". The Status from inactive -> start -> error -> inactive. Q1. How to solve this problem? Q2. Are there any computer settings I need to be aware of? IPC847E >Server 2019 >RAID5

Open the services (Run-> Service.msc) STOP the "SQL Server (Historian)" & "SQL Server agent (Historian)" Delete all the Historian folders and files in all folders (Note: Delete only if it not required. START the "SQL Server (Historian)" & "SQL Server agent (Historian)" Re-run the database installation wizard These steps might solve your problem.
