1. Don't check in the PLCSim
2. Check for the Hardware Configuration Online Status in the Simatic Manager
3. Check for WinCC Connections ( Parameter Settings)
4. Make Sure you have inserted and called the DP/PN_DIAG ( Diagnostic) Block in the Program; and you have compiled the OS to create the Tags in WinCC

Dear Sir,

I have called the PNDIAG block in the OB1. I think that's why I am getting the error. I have to call that block in OB35. Am I right? I will do it and will inform you as soon as i take trial.

Another question is that i am having signal modules on Cpu racks and also on Expansion Racks so for that how can I Diagnose that SM with System Diagnostic. Which OCX Control i have to use? and what blockrequired to be called in Step7.

Dear sir,

I have called PNDIAG block(FB 1730) in OB33 which is having a cycle time of 500ms. then also i am getting the same error as i have atteched in eariler scrren shot.
I have gone through following procedure
1) called Pndiag block in ob33 with cycle time of 500ms.
2) select check box of wincc attributes in DB 1730.
3) load blocks on AS.
4) export hardware diagnostic file from step7.
5)compile OS. after that i got structure tag in wincc.
6)insert ocx control. called pndiag ocx control in ghraphic designer.
7) given h/w configuration path and structure tag path.


please tell me what is missing? waiting for your reply.

sorry for late reply. please tell me what is the difference between demo version and license version.in my application, System diagnostic V5 HF2 is demo version. is it the reason for my error?
