Red LED Indications in PCS7 V9.1 Controller

On our controller, the top three LEDs (Internal, External, and Redundancy) are displaying red, even though the system is functioning properly, and the redundancy is working fine. Could anyone help clarify the possible causes or reasons for these LED indications? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
