You already nearly finished the error analyzation. You got the codes. You need to campare them with the manual of the example.

16#8604 Error while logging into the application

-> Most likely a error of the TCON block. 

80C4: Temporary communication error:

• The connection cannot be established at this time.
• The connection cannot be established because the firewalls on the connection path are not open for the required ports.
• The interface is currently receiving new parameters.
• The configured connection is currently being removed by a "TDISCON" instruction.

Check your firewall settings and the port settings of your server.

And please note:

The block is made for Microsoft SQL Server. It may not work for MySQL!

Hi Sir/Madam,

In our project, We have tried to establish the communication between Mysql workbench V80 with 1200 plc. But we are facing login error (Diagnostics status - 8604; Diagnostics subfunctionStatus- 80C4) in "LSql_Microsoft" Fb block.

Please refer the attached photos.
