I need help with automatic startup of WinCC 7.5 SP2. I would need to start the WinCC runtime SCADA at windows user logon. I used "AutoStart Configuration" and the SCADA successfully starts, but it takes more that a minute, and I would to prevent the user to mess around the windows OS. I had the idea to disable explorer.exe from starting but then the autostart dont work anymore. Is there any offical way to start the SCADA to runtime and prevent the user from messing around the system? If not, also a "custom" solution is ok

You can trigger and delay the Runtime project autostart as desired.

Thank you, with your help I managed to solve the issue. I used automatic logon for specific user with limited rights, and task on logon (task scheduler). The task kills the explorer.exe and starts the batch file (which starts the WinCC runtime). The result is that when PC starts and the user is automatically logged into the PC the WinCC is started with almost no delay and also while the runtime loads the user can’t mess around with anything because explorer.exe isn’t started. Hope this helps someone.
