What is your problem?

In thread cutting - start point is not matching ? or pitch is not correct? or depth of thread is not correct?

Is spindle encoder mounted directly on shaft? or it is motor encoder?

Does the spindle has more than 1 gear steps?

Is spindle encoder data (ratio) is correct for all gear steps?

Check above points.
