I'm working on:

Tia V17 Update 3

Virtual Machine with Windows10 Pro - 64bit with 8G of Ram

I'm working on a project with a CPU 1511-1PN and an HMI TP1200 confort

whenever i download any kind of modify in the HMI panel, the hardware of the CPU became different.

I made some test: if the HMI panle it's completely empty and it has only the connection HMI-PLC this problem append.

It's not the first time that this kind of problem appends; i don't understand how to solve the issue.

[Sometimes i ask to myself if i am the only one in the worl if i have this kind of issue]

I put a video attached in order to show you what append to me.

any kind of ideas are gladly accepted

For a while i've forgot the standard answer of any kind of prblem...

[Have you checked the last update?!]

Actually there is update 4 for Tia V17.

I'm quite be sure that: if i download and install the update 4, they release the update 5.

If i try to download the update 5 they release Tia V18.

I'm quite sure i will never got an answer

I noticed that too in one of my projects. It bugs me too. I believe this is due to the timestamps in the hardware configuration.

So, although this is not the final fix to prevent that to happen. I have found that going through the process of downloading the hardware configuration again fixes the issue.

If there is no differences it will only prompt the confirmation that there is no difference and will make them match again without actually downloading anything or stopping the PLC.
