I can't connected the HMI with prosave because it stuck in logo. >i tried the ethernet cable. |

Hi sabri23, Yes, reset via USB option is only supported by Basic Panels If the Comfort Panel is stuck in the Bootloader screen, and doesn't allow the extraction of the program backup following the official documentation (see link), I wouldn't have much expectation of being able to obtain it... So, I would try to reset it to factory settings via ProSave with the following procedure: 1. Power the panel off. 2. Turn panel over to get the MAC address from the back label area. 3. Connect with ethernet cable from your computer directly to panel (leave panel off for now). 4. Then, from your computer, do a windows search from taskbar for Simatic ProSave. 5. Once you open your ProSave, it will open default on General tab. 6. From General tab, pick the Comfort panel model, set to Ethernet, and enter the IP address. 7. Then, go to the Update OS tab, check box for Reset to factory…. And the MAC address boxes will appear and enter the MAC address you got from the back label of panel. 8. Then, click update OS, acknowledge message, and it may prompt you to power panel on or when you see the two devices trying to connect, power the panel on. 9. We want the Reset to catch the boot sequence as the panel is being powered on and starting. 10. If it does not catch, it will stop again on white screen, and try again. If this doesn't work either, I would send the panel to your local Repair Service. |
