When I try to import an AML file from SoMove into TIA Portal V18, I get an error during the import process. The error message says: "Totally Integrated Automation Portal has encountered a problem and needs to close."
However, when I import the same AML file on another laptop, it works successfully.
After importing it on the other laptop, I created a backup project. When I open that backup on my laptop, it automatically loads some additional files, and then the project opens correctly.
This suggests that some required files are missing on my laptop.
Please tell me which files or components are missing, so that I can import the AML file directly on my laptop without errors.
