V20 Uable to run in reverse direction in hand mode

Pressed hand mode option, able to see hand display on the screen. 2. Increased motor speed in Hz, motor able to run in one direction. 3. Wanted to run motor in reverse direction. pressed reverse direction option (Up and down button at the same time) able to see (-) value on screen, drive fan starts to run but motor unable to run in reverse direction. 4. Drive output is measure using volt meter. Result = no output voltage (0v) 5. Did factory reset for the drive, but still cant run the motor in reverse direction. Please advise how to make it run in reverse direction from inbuilt BOP Note *Previously I have used V20 drives and able to run it in both direction in hand mode.
