Hello everyone.

i need some help in implementing a Raw alignment Ruler for a product.

my system is S7-1200 ,sinamics v90 and a sensor.(TIA Portal V16)

what i need to do is that when the product is detected by the sensor

, the servo motor will rotate by 90 degrees for a changeable time (like 1 second) the rotate backward to its initial position.

Do you know how to use a V90 servo as a technological object? Or do you prefer to use its simple internal positioner, sending position orders remotely via the communication telegram?

If you have no idea how to employ it in either case, it would be best to consider, at least for the first application, having it made by someone already capable. This is not an issue that can be solved through forums without knowing what you are doing and what diagnostics or tuning to put into practice.

I'm not sure if rotating a servo motor by 90 deg there and back is its optimal use.
