WinCC 7.2 redundancy partner hangs up indefinitely after restart

From time to time (approximately once a year) one of them stop working and receiving alarms. We solved that issue by stopping the server, deleting a WinCC project directory, making a redundant copy from the working server using Project Duplicator and after that the system pair continues to work normally. Few weeks ago, one server ("the second") hanged while launching after restart. Both of them are adjusted to start project after restart. I repeated the procedure and after that, "the second" started working. However, the customer reported that "the second" server receives alarms about ten minutes after the first server. I suggested them to restart again the server, but after that it stuck during WinCC startup. Why this is happening? Do you have some advice for me?

WinCC can handle up to 200 database segments in total, so you need to configure the alarm and taglogging correctly so the size and number of segments does not exceed this.
