I downloaded  the WIncc flexible 2008 SP5 from TIA portal

but I installed in my PC windows 7 64bit,

but its not working properly its showing some error while opening icon

kindly suggest to proceed,

This software do not exist.

Dear Expert,

 I installed wincc flexible sp3, then I un installed sp3 but.its showing un installed in program features,

but the related file is in C drive.

I tried to install again sp3 its showing error cant install.

kindly suggest to proceed,
