Hi, WinCC V7.5 SP2 is released for Windows 11 Pro 23H2 as of software Update 16 (link), so the base installation should be able to finish. Is this a new system or did you already have some software (perhaps another instance of SQL Server) installed previously? If it is a new system, I would recommend reinstalling the operating system (please do not use images or restore points). Then, set up the system and assign a unique computer name before installing WinCC (changing the computer name after installing WinCC will cause serious problems and require a new installation). Finally, start the WinCC installation. I really hope this helps! |

On systems running Windows 11, some new storage devices and device drivers exposes a disk sector size greater than the SQL supported 4-KB sector size. When this occurs, SQL Server will be unable to start/install due to the unsupported file system as SQL Server currently supports sector storage sizes of 512 bytes and 4 KB. First check this:
