It is difficult to answer a question with such a vague description.

With WinCC Unified, you may be able to display the contents of the SD card file using the web server functionality. However, you will not be able to perform some actions on the files, such as reading, writing or deleting. This is because WinCC Unified scripting does not allow connections to other web servers. Depending on your system (PC Runtime or Unified Panel), you may be able to do what you want by using local scripts (bat files or bash scripts).

Without using the PLC web server, you will not be able to access files on the memory card.

I think this is not possible directly (or I have not found a way to do so)

An indirect way would be to read out the data in PLC and use the mail communication to Unified.

Or you save the data on PLC  to an FTP Server  that is for example running on the Unified system.
