Can't connect to KTP1000

After that the HMI became stuck on the white screen which only says something about the bootloader. I think the image is lost or something. I have found the guide above, but ProSave keeps saying: "No connection could be established. Please verify your settings, interfaces, cables, device type etc." I don't know what to try next. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/5/2025 Posts: 16349 Rating: (1932)	Hello BramJa you have to use a direct connection from the Panel to your Engineering PC -> then use prosave like described in the FAQ and use the Option Reset to factory settings -> enter the showed MAC Address from the panel. When you start the transfer process, there is a hint to restart panel -> do disconnect and connect power again and then it should run into the OS Installation. I did this a few times also if there is no working operating system any more on this kind of panels but it worked every time. so I think your chances are quite good. But If it does not work like expected you can only send it to Siemens repair center Good luck Murof
