Hello; If you are asking whether T type thermocouples can be read by a S7-300 CPU, equipped with a TC/RTD analog input module (6ES7331-7PF11-0AB0), the answer is yes, see the screenshot below, taken from the S7-300 Module Data manual: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ca/en/view/8859629 If that was not what you wanted to know, please clarify your request.
