CPU313C-DP gone to stop mode

We have been facing problem that the CPU goes to stop at running condition and It becomes ok after power restart. It is happening 2/3 time in a day. Meanwhile, in the first instance you could manage the node loss to not shut down the CPU but only the compromised part of the process, and in the second instance diagnose the problem. The diagnostic buffer is lost with shutdown. Sometimes it is useful to realize a datalogger on a DB to have sotric memory of events, but, if the topology of the system is small you do a good maintenance to the systems first.
